11th Feb 2012 Liverpool should sell Luis Suarez – Sir Alex Ferguson Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson labels Luis Suarez “a disgrace” and calls on Liverpool to “get rid of him” after the Uruguay forward refused to shake the hand of Patrice Evra ahead of their Premier League clash at Old Trafford. Liverpool forward Suarez served an eight-match ban for racially abusing Evra in the previous Premier League encounter between the two sides in October. Ferguson believes Evra “kept his dignity” by offering to shake Suarez’s hand, but admits the Frenchman “did not need” to celebrate in front of Suarez after the game, which led to a confrontation between the two sets of players.
READ DESCRIPTION Follow me on Twitter: @Adam_Sunde First off: Excuse my English. I’m from Norway… Everyone seems to be rage-commenting on all the desicions, and want to have their say. Here is mine: 1. The first few fouls are obvious. If you can’t see them, you’re blind 2. The first penalty desicion is a clear obstruction by Hangeland, who don’t even look at the ball when fouling Suarez. 3. The disallowed goal is not offside, clearly. I can understand that the ref couldn’t see that, as it is close to impossible, but bare in mind that if the ref is in any doubt, he shall give the atticking side the advantage 4. On the Ballamy-Dempsey-situation: Bellamy simply did not do anything that he could get booked for. Dempsey got yellow, ok. Some refs might have given red, some yellow. I accept that 5. Carlie Adam fouled on the line. The rules I labeled on the video is taken from professional refferees that had their on the rules on Twitter after the game. Anyway, this is also controversial, and I understand that this desiction could tip any way or another. 6. The red card to Spearing, OK, but that is a matter of how high the ref sets the list. He had obviously put it pretty high from earlier, but I accept the the card, but I still say that it is controversial. 7. I understand that these are all incidents that happens week in – week out, but the summary is 7 desitions (Including that Senderos should of had a second yellow later in the game(Trust me, NO doubt about that)) that all …
Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany serves the last game of his four-match ban, so Stefan Savic is expected to continue at centre-back. Mario Balotelli will also be banned if City decide not to appeal against his four-game suspension by Wednesday’s 1800 GMT deadline. Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish may make changes to his side following their disappointing defeat to Bolton. Jay Spearing remains an injury doubt and Luis Suarez is still suspended. /football on Youtube brings you the latest football news, transfer rumours and footballing gossip from the English Premier League and European Champions League.

Bolton goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen has returned to training after a thigh injury but is not expected to start. Forward David Ngog is poised to face his former club Liverpool for the first time since his summer transfer. Jay Spearing remains an injury doubt for Liverpool with the hamstring problem that caused him to miss last week’s goalless draw with Stoke. Defender Daniel Agger could return in place of Jamie Carragher, while striker Luis Suarez is still suspended. Bolton are enjoying their best league run of the season with seven points from their last five games, but the statistics still make gloomy reading for anyone believing they can avoid the drop. /football on Youtube brings you the latest football news, transfer rumours and footballing gossip from the English Premier League and European Champions League.
